Very satisfied with their service and food taste. I ordered 15pax food for a family gathering event on Christmas Eve, the food came within 30mins before and it definitely came warm. Delivery man was very pleasant and nice, he introduced all the different food to me and wish us a happy celebration and to enjoy our food. Seriously, these days, such good attitude and extra mile services really hard to come by. I need to specially mentioned their curry potatoes is really good, if you are looking for savory thick, yummy delicious homecook curry, Kate's Catering is the choice for you. I ordered 2 set portion( supposed to serve for 20pax) for my 15pax event, I can tell you, this is the first dish gone until the last drip, and I regretted not ordering another portion set! (my family have really high expectation when it comes to curry chicken) Other than that, we had their sweet and sour fish which is also very very fresh and savory! As well as their apple puff, yums! I'm so glad I found Kate's Catering. Thank you so much for providing such good services and food. Kate catering was used to provide breakfast for a church wedding for near to 200 guests. Set up was on time the night before and food was delivered promptly in the morning at 8 am. Service was reliable. The table setup look good as well. Highly recommended.

Kate's Catering prepares one of the best tasting bento meals, for sure. In addition to that, their service has been amazing. They have been very accommodating and responsive to queries and orders. I do not have to worry if my orders are accepted for a last minute next-day delivery as they process them promptly. Their delivery has never been late and are open to suggestions on ways to improve their packaging, etc. Am truly appreciative as a customer and they are my go-to company for any requirements for bento meals.

I ordered the food for my Company for the first time as the budget was within our cost, to our surprise the taste of the food was considered good for the price, they come with Veg option with no onion, garlics etc. too. I ordered from kate's catering the day before my event with my family, it was very last minute but they accommodated to me and able to make it happen for family to enjoy the food in time! The staff were so helpful and patient in guiding me to rush my last minute order at close to midnight! I did not manage to get his/her name, but i am very thankful and grateful for your prompt replies even at that hour! The food is delicious, especially their chicken satay and their satay sauce! I was happy with the quality, taste and presentation. I ordered for a teens party a items like chicken burger, satay, gyoza, siew mai. Croissant with filling, chicken drumettes (i was given chicken wimgs instead but that was good), fried rice and swiss rolls. Trusted catering. Value for money and good quality! Love their hokkien mee. Tea breaks are good too. Always deliver no matter when I approach them. Many a times, I can only make arrangements quite late but they always deliver for me, even when I order afternoon tea break on the evening one day prior.
